Jiahe Casting is located in Dianzhong New District, with 4 production lines of special steel castings, 2 resin sand production lines of 3000 tons/a, 1 disappearing mold casting production line of 600 tons/a and 1 fine casting production line of 100 tons/a. Casting adopts advanced technology for molding, batching, melting, heat treatment and cast clean to ensure cast quality.

Six professional assembly lines are built in A, B, C, D, E and F to standardize the assembly operation, shorten the assembly cycle and improve the assembly efficiency. Equipped with horizontal assembly platform and vertical assembly platform and jigs to improve the quality of assembly.
